Community Support & Sponsorship

 

At Cha Cha Chocolate, we’re passionate about giving back to the Bundaberg community that has supported us over the years. Through sponsorships, product donations, fundraising initiatives and community partnerships, we’re proud to support the people, organisations and causes that make our region such a wonderful place to live.

We believe that investing in our local community, both personally and as a business, can make a meaningful difference and help create a stronger, more connected region.

OUR COMMUNITY SUPPORT
We proudly support a range of local organisations, sporting groups, charitable causes and community initiatives through financial contributions and product donations.

Our current areas of support include Collar Spaniels Rescue Australia, Red Collar Rescue, Bundaberg Basketball, Burnett Bowls Club and the Bundaberg Eisteddfod.

We have also supported many other worthy causes, including Marcus’s Mission, Angels Community Group, Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, Relay for Life, St Luke’s Anglican School Breast Cancer High Tea and the Elliott Heads Surf Lifesaving Christmas Raffle, along with numerous local school and sporting raffles and fundraisers.

Supporting these initiatives is important to us, and we aim to contribute to a diverse range of charitable, cultural, sporting and community causes throughout our region.

SPONSORSHIP PROPOSALS
We welcome sponsorship proposals from organisations and groups whose activities align with our community values and sponsorship objectives.

We review and select our community donations and sponsorships one quarter in advance to ensure support is allocated thoughtfully across the year. To be considered, donation requests must be submitted well in advance of the event or required date.

Please allow up to 15 business days for your request to be assessed, and you will receive a response by email.

To help us assess your request, please include the following information:
• Organisation details: Name, address, email address and telephone number.
• Primary contact: Name, email address and telephone number.
• About your organisation: A brief description of your organisation and the specific sponsorship you are seeking.
• Event details, where applicable: Event date, location, expected number of participants or attendees, other sponsors involved and the benefits of the proposed sponsorship.

COMMUNITY DONATIONS
We’re proud to support local charities, community groups, schools, sporting clubs and events through product donations wherever possible.

As a small business, we receive many donation requests throughout the year. While we would love to support every cause, our resources are limited, and unfortunately, we cannot accommodate every request.

We welcome product donation applications and carefully consider each one based on its alignment with our community support objectives and available resources.

We review and select our community donations and sponsorships one quarter in advance to ensure support is allocated thoughtfully across the year.
