Our Returns Policy
We’ve poured our heart and soul into creating an exceptional online and in-store experience just for you. Our primary aim is to assist you in making the perfect selection, so please take full advantage of the abundant information available and choose with confidence.
1. Unless otherwise agreed upon by us at our absolute discretion, all products are sold on a no return for credit basis, unless the following conditions apply:
- The products are received in a damaged state.
- Incorrect products are supplied to you.
- The products are faulty.
2. If the product delivered is not what you ordered (including any replacement products), or if it does not correspond with its description, or if the product delivered is not of satisfactory quality, we will, at our option, either deliver a replacement product or refund the price paid.
3. Claims for credit must be made within seven (7) days of receipt or collection of the products by you, either online or in-store. To make a claim, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a copy of the slip that accompanied the supplied products. Failure to provide the accompanying slip will result in the waiver of any such claims.
4. If we agree to accept the return of the products for credit, you will be notified of the appropriate procedure to be followed to return the products, whether it is through our online process or by returning them to one of our physical stores.
5. If you are entitled to a refund from us, we will make the payment as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. While the products are in your possession, please keep them in good condition if you intend to return them to us.
Please note that Cha Cha Chocolate Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring in transit during the return process, whether it is through online returns or in-store returns.
