Misty's Salted Caramel Vegan Pancakes
The Perfect Pancakes you can have more than one and not feel guilty about it 🥞
• 1 cup buckwheat flour (or can use any flour)
• 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
• 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp coconut sugar
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seeds mixed in 3 tbsp water).
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and coconut sugar together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the almond milk, coconut oil and flax egg together. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix. Do not overmix! Leave batter for 5 minutes. Heat coconut oil on a pan on medium heat. Pour 1/3 cup batter onto pan and let cook for 2-3 minutes or until it begins to get golden underneath. Flip and repeat on other side. Do this for the rest of mixture.
Top with Misty's Vegan Salted Caramel Sauce (available online and in-store), chopped banana, coconut chips and caramalized buckinis.
