Our large Gourmet Fruit and Nut Platter Boxes combine premium sun-dried fruit from Singing Magpie Produce in South Australia with salted macadamia nuts from Red Rock Macadamias, roasted right here in our hometown of Bundaberg.
To make them even more decadent, we hand dip the sun-dried fruit in Callebaut dark and milk chocolate in our very own kitchen.

Ingredients
A mix of sun-dried fruit including; figs, apricots, peaches, pears and salted macadamia nuts, Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, milk, natural vanilla flavour.)
Allergens
Macadamia Nuts. The peaches, apricots, plums, and pears contains sulphites (220). The chocolate couverture contains soy and milk. Singing Magpie Produce and Cha Cha Chocolate pack a range of produce on shared equipment including dried fruit, pecans and almonds. While they do their best to avoid any kind of cross contamination this can occasionally occur and any of their products may contain traces of these.
Storage
We recommend keeping your sun-dried fruit and nuts in the fridge or freezer and eating all the chocolate goodies. A note with the chocolate goodies (where relevant). We use Callebaut couverture. If you notice some discolouration of the chocolate this is simply the cocoa butter separating from the cocoa solids and coming to the surface. It doesn't affect the taste of the chocolate, it's not going mouldy and is probably due to temperature fluctuations. If you don't eat all the goodies in one sitting we recommend keeping them in air-tight container at a relatively stable temperature, 16-20 degrees Celsius.
