Our Delivery Promise
It is our priority to deliver and package your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Living in sunny Queensland sometimes it can make things a little tricky to send chocolates especially in Summer, this is why we go to great lengths to consider the time frame it takes to get to your door.
Please allow a minimum of 1 business days for your order to be packaged and dispatched from the Chocolate Shop.
Postage timelines with Australia Post vary between locations in Australia. Use the tracking number on the website below to track your orders progress! Please include your email when placing your order to ensure you are up tp date with tracking details.
We dispatch our orders Monday through to Thursday. As we cannot guarantee where it will be stored over the weekend, we think its best for your order to stay with us till Monday if your order is placed on a Friday.
Australia Post Express Service
We only use Australia Post Express Boxes to deliver all our orders. Once your order has left The Chocolate Shop you will receive your tracking details from Australia Post so you know exactly when to expect your products. Please make sure you arrange a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your order. We will package your products as best we can to prevent any damage and will add an ice brick when necessary during the hot summer months.
*Please note in peak seasons we will do our very best to ensure your order leaves ASAP but be advised there may be a slight delay, during our peak seasons. Our dispatch cut off time is 12pm daily.
Express Shipping Cost
Our shipping cost includes postage and handling. The cost for each order is $25 Australia wide. For any orders outside our shipping zones please call The Chocolate Shop directly on (07) 4152 4204 to organise the best delivery method possible.
