Our Delivery Promise
It is our priority to deliver and package your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Living in sunny Queensland sometimes it can make things a little tricky to send chocolates especially in Summer, this is why we go to great lengths to consider the time frame it takes to get to your door.
We dispatch our orders daily, Monday through to Thursday. As we cannot guarantee where it will be stored over the weekend, we think its best for your order to stay with us till the next dispatch day.
Australia Post Express Service
We only use Australia Post Express Boxes to deliver all our orders. Once your order has left The Chocolate Shop we will send you the tracking details so you know exactly when to expect your products. Please make sure you arrange a delivery location where someone will be available to receive your order. We will package your products as best we can to prevent any damage and will add an ice brick when necessary.
*Please note in peak seasons we will do our very best to ensure your order leaves ASAP but be advised there may be a slight delay, during our peak seasons. Our dispatch cut off time is 12pm daily.
For standard orders our shipping cost includes postage and handling. The cost is $15 for orders up to 2kg and $25 for orders 2kg to 5kg. For any orders over 5kg or orders outside our shipping zone of QLD & NSW please call The Chocolate Shop directly on (07) 4152 4204 to organise the best delivery method possible.
We currently only ship within Queensland & New South Wales. For local Bundaberg Deliveries please choose your delivery option during Checkout. Local CBD Deliveries will be $10 and any other Bundaberg deliveries including the surrounding Beach areas will be $15. For any deliveries outside these areas or if you are unsure of the delivery location please contact us directly before finalising your shopping cart.
